My entry for the most recent
 contest.The idea for the contest was to make a food out of a pokemon, or shaped like a pokemon. I decided to make a more humane version of the first option. This is the Cherubi cocktail, similar to the "kiddie cocktail" or "Shirley Temple". A delicious cherry flavored sprite basically, usually containing a few maraschino cherries in the glass (the best part, trust me). In the Poke-cized version of the drink, you get a few baby Cherubi in the glass to give it flavor XD For those of you who can't read Japanese katakana, the symbols at the top spell out 'Cherinbo Cocktail' (cherinbo is the Japanese name of cherubi). The other little symbols coming from the glass are just the Cherubi talking saying "Che", "Chi", or "Rinbo". The shiny Mew is just saying "Myuu?". Done in Prismacolor markers, watercolor pencil, and chalk pastel. Pokemon belongs to Nintendo. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure.
